An APPO (Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca) rally is held on October 27, 2007 to commemorate the anniversary of the murder of Brad Will and to speak out against the government. Brad Will, an independent journalist from New York City, was shot and killed in Oaxaca while filming a violent street fight in 2006. October 27th, 2007.
